Hello,
I have a question on the use of energy saving lamps (ESLs), either with integrated trafo or separate electronic transformers, and
KNX actuators. I have until now used non c-load actuators for conventional lamps, halogens,
ESLs and fluorescent lamps.
I see now in
Zennio blog that I cannot use their Actinbox Max 6 (a non c-load actuator) for energy saving lamps (
Question of the week in Zennio Zendesk: Energy-saving lights).
Other non c-load actuators I use (e.g.
HAGER TXA 206C), also a non c-load actuator, expressly state that you can use up to 18x23W
ESLs per exit (
http://descargas.futurasmus-knxgroup...6_KAP_04_1.PDF, page 3).
This is confusing, since the rules seem to change by manufacturer. Should I only use C-load actuators for
ESLs? Does it depend on the manufacturer?
Many thanks in advance for any response!
Daniel
