I have take this part from an existing eib and this is working i think there is about 300 of this config

Do you try to connect the HTS ECO with the Berker 75040001 to EIB ?
If yes, this isn't possible. You cannot mix sensors and buscouplers from different vendors (exception ABB/Busch)
The buscoupler should be included with the HTS, you can find the PDB for HTS on the Theben website:
The Berker BA is useless without a matching sensor..

Iknow that i nedd the database fore the HTS ECO-IR 360EIB
When i download the database Ets says "wrong fabrikate"
i cant find the datbase i search on HTS and berker

Please anyone

For the Buskoppler you don`t need an Applikation Programm. Only the Device (i.e. Push Button) has to insert in the Project, not the Buskoppler !
