Import from ETS: Uncertain (4 Byte)

OK, if I mimic the settings seen in ETS in the HS, sure it will work.

But the question was rather "how come" ?
If the ETS says 2 byte, and after the import process it becomes "uncertain", well I question the import process.

Any idea ?

Hi,

I noticed a bizarre thing with the ABB AE/A 2.1

When looking in ETS, I see the KO with their respective data type, i.e. #0 Output Value, 2 Byte
When looking in the HS, they are 4 Byte !!!
So I took a look at the .esf file, used for importing KO from ETS to the HS, and there is says "Uncertain (4 Byte)"

Bizarre ! is this normal behaviour or maybe wrong manipulation on my side ?
