I've searched about an hour on all ABB pages

Only an hour ?!? that's usually the time it takes to find the table of contents

How did you find it ?

After having gone through the same frustration, I've asked TechSup (Heidelberg)
Eventually, their email: knx.helpline@de.abb.com very friendly and knowledgeable.

Here is my procedure to find a db or a doc
www.abb.de/knx -> Select language = English -> OK -> Intelligent Installation System (KNX) ->
Product List -> Clic on one of the arrows Type -> clic on device i.e. AE/A2.1-> Clic on "Product Manual (PDF)".

I think the problem stems from the fact that their db&doc are scattered among several servers, hence looking on one particular spot doesn't always hit the target.

PS: have you ever managed to find something on the Siemens site ? I guess that's beyhond the capability of a normal human

How did you find it ?

Oh, yes, now I know.

You have to select "Außerhalb Deutschlands" at the ABB side. Then you get redirected to "Nicht gültig für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gehe zur Seite. ". And then your are at "Nicht gültig für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland", where it can be found, but not for Germany.

So a french man had to do the search for me, as I'm in Germany .

PS: Ich glaube, auch in hundert Jahren werde ich das mit den Downloads und die Anbieter das mit den benutzerfreundlichen Webseiten nicht verstehen ...

wie im Betreff: Ich suche die Applikation zu einer (eigentlich aktuellen) 12fach-Schnittstelle von ABB (http://www.eibmarkt.com/cgi-bin/eibm...ken_de_N168246).



Irgendwie scheint es das Ding bei ABB aber gar nicht zu geben ...

Kann mir einer mit der Applikation aushelfen, bevor ich (erst morgen) bei ABB anfragen kann?
