HAGER device problem

Now, from your posted informations I cannot see the root cause but I have the same device here and you've definitely a problem with the core programming of the dimmer. Load & Run state under Application shouldn't say Error/Halted! There is some basic problem in the prarameters/programming which prevents the TX213 from working at all..

no error on TXA213 physical address programing
- did you check your wiring ?
yes it was good on "hand" test
- is it a test equipment or are you programming in an existing installation ?
yes i was work with merten device before and work fine, i try this hager and seems like got problem
- which interface do you use for programming ?
i'm using USB interface

this screenshot shows, that the application was not even correctly loaded into the device, so it won't work.

Please read the device information with ETS and post the screenshot.

First of all you need to ensure a correct download.

- Does the programming of physical adress work without error ?

Just use the button "Anhänge verwalten" when answering in this thread. Upload the jpg's / png's / gif's directly to the forum, no need to use webspace and links to another webpage. It's always a good idea to crop the pictures to the relevant information and hide password information first.

yes already on "auto" since i configure for the first time.

i have upgrade the database with .vd4 , using ets3 ver 3.0d
same problem

Hi Agus,
set the switch on the front of the TXA 213 to "auto", that may stop the LED from blinking

.vd3 should be fine, but...

between 'second' and 'third' there is something missing.

second point five: Parametrization of application in ETS!

- Number of channels used
- does the programmed number of channels fit to the slide switch on the device ?
- behavior of the device
......

please take a look at the manual and application documentation !

... and give us some screenshots !

second create group and attach the group to the channel
third download the application
fourt " the indicator 'led 2' blinking "

i'm using database from .vd3 cause i'm using ets3
is that .vd2 you gave me work on ets3 ?

unfortunately blinking all the time of LED 2 is not defined in the manual ;-)

Assuming that you installed and used following database

we need more informations about the number of chanels you used, the application parameters and what you did before.

Please give us some screenshots of the parameters set in ETS

yes i have the manual, and the indicator led "2" is blinking all the time, after download the aplication. and there was bulb 60watt connected for load test

still cannot working....

Hi agus,

you should first download the manuals from hager webpage.

example for TXA213:

this manual shows the position of lamps and describes the meaning of them:

LED (2) blinking -> no load
LED (5) blinking -> shortcut on load-leads

this should help you to find the error.

the device is : txa213 , txa207c

and application just added groups for on/off only.
this happen when i download the application using ets3.
