Could someone help me with a plugin?

Hi,

I would really like to have Global Cache support on smarthome.py.
I have found a global Cache python script, which is written for EventGhost,
but I really need some help in order to adapt it to smarthome.py.
If someone wants to help me, it would be really appreciated I'll add the script and some IR codes for my climate controller, which I want to control with GC over smarthome.py.
So far I have managed to control the climate controls with a few bits of script, via python terminal.
