KNX/EIB Siemens IP interface 148/22 up to 4 connections?

What I can read you should be able to configure and use up to 4 tunneling connections on this device.

If I follow this instruction https://knx-user-forum.de/forum/%C3%...532#post185532
will this settings be permanent? Or do I have to do them all over again if I restart something?
