ABAS Logic Controler simple logic

Hello. My problem with this simple logic is that the group address 6/1/21 is re-triggered after a certain time, as if in a loop. First there is "1" after the hour "0" and so again after the hour "1" and after the next hour "0". How can I block the action only once? I hope you understand my simple logic. I will be grateful for the hint. Darek.
