Dear all, lets me introduce myself first, I am Roman, from Slovakia. I am currently in the process of building a house and I want a smarthome solution. I received 2 quotations, one for Control4 system, one for Gira system. The price for Control4 system was quite higher, so I am leaning towards the Gira at the moment.
I do plan to have full house KNX based, and then just add Gira X1 with G1 and do the programming setup for that myself.
Now the question in matter. I would like a video doorbell solution, that would pop on central operating unit, probably the G1, and also on select smartphones with app.
The Gira doorbell solution is quite pricey for a doorbell, can I use some third party solution? what specs does it need? Will it be able to integrate in the system, so that the feed would show on G1 and gira app?
