Sorry for the english... A couple of years ago I replaced all our downlights with identical models with Dali. The cabling was already there. I bought a Gira 2108 00 Dali gateway. Everything works as expected - I think. My only issue is that relative dimming is lagging a lot. Like, it takes a second from I press and hold the button on my TS3 untill the light dims, and then it goes on dimming for a second after I let go of the button.
1: Would this be different with another Dali gateway? Probably not...
2: Is it because of my EVG's? Osram-something. Probably not...
3: Is it by design? Probably...
It's not a big deal, but it's a bit annoying. Of course it worked very well with Gira dimming actuators - instant change. Absolute dimming and on/off works as I would expect it to - it's just relative dimming that is problematic...
