I recently added a Gira homeserver to my knx home installation.
One point i'm looking to address is my door communication system.
I have been searching like crazy to implement this, but the problem is most of what i find is in german. And that's my problem
I would like to add an outdoor video post at my gate and use a control 19 and android tablet as indoor post.
So when someone calls i want the control19 to lite up and show me the video feed and an option to answer.
Is this possible?
And furthermore i was looking at a 2N helios IP, or siedler access outdoor post.
These use VOIP (i have an asterisk PBX running) and IP video.
Is there a way to implement this with one of these? This is where the info gets real thin!!
OR am i forced to using the gira outdoor post with a TKS-IP.
I'm using quad client btw. I don't find any VOIP or ip video door communication plugins OR input plugins to divert to camera feed on contact input.
I hope someone can give me a definitive answer as i'm losing my faith here
Or are there better visualisations that support other door communication protocols? (i can still send the homeserver back )
