HS/FS Logic for irrigation?

Hi.

I am starting my irrigation logic.

What I did so far:

- logic to turn off the valves (using a delay off for x minutes)
- logic for the 'Last irrigation" date
- activate/deactivate zones
- deactivate zones when it has rained more than x minutes


What I don't know how to do:

- Turn the valve on at XX:XX o'clock.

Didn't seem to find out how to do this with the default logic blocks.
I've tried the forums database but without an english description... it's quite a pain.

Can someone help?
