    Combined thermo regulation

Hello, I'm looking for INITIAL advice/hint on how to implement (what for me is...) a "complex" setup, so I will try to be as schematic as I can (and sorry if it seems NOT polite enough):
    • ambient: 135mq apartment with 6 rooms, 1 corridor, 2 bathrooms
    • installing an heating radiant ceiling (water, not electricity), 1 zone for each of the 9 areas, each zone is indipendently controllable by electrovalve. This can only HEAT
    • installing 1 Mitsubishi Air Conditioning unit with air vents (1 for each room), mainly for COOLING, but can HEAT in support to radiant ceiling
    • each bathroom has a separate circuit for towel heater. Those will collaborate in heating the bathrooms (no air conditioning, there..).
    Acquired components:
    • 1x Chronotermostat GEWISS GW10794H. This is intended to be the main point of control (especially by wife..), in particular until get used with visualization...
    • 1x A/C interface ZENNIO KLIC-MITT, to interact with the Mitsubishi A/C unit, removing the proprietary external panel
    • 1x ZENNIO ZoningBox6, to control the 6 air valves in the 6 rooms
    • 2x MDT AKH-0800, to control the 9 radiant circuits and the 2 towel radiators (PWM 220v Uponor valves attached to each channel)
    • at LEAST 1x tastensensor with temperature probe in each room/area (GEWISS GW10746)
    The idea would be to:
    • use the chrono as main point of control (summer/winter, mode, setpoint, fan...)
    • use 1 or more GW10746 of each room to get the actual temp and "require" heat/cold for the single room
    • DURING WINTER, A/C should help ceiling. Probably it makes sense to start A/C during initial phase, as ceiling is slower... Then, I assume only ceiling should maintain the comfort, unless there are big decreasing. Also, towel radiators should be always open...
    • DURING SUMMER, ONLY A/C should work in cool mode. Due to the fact there are no additional thermostats in rooms, I'm trying to manage different temperatures with delta factors for each GW10746 plate sensor until I can use the visualization to manage single setpoints). Towel radiators should always be off, but it would be interesting to open them for a limited time (i.e. 2 hours) to enhance comfort.
As said, I'm not looking for the "project" (in respect of professionalism), but at least to collect some thoughts and hints, or eventually some "blocked" road signs in case I'm really out of target
