ETS ETS5 Projektexport mit PlugIn Geräten nicht möglich

Langsam verzweifel ich
Ich habe die ETS 5.7.7 auf einen NUC installiert (Win11) und nachdem ich die Plugin-Anwendungen (als Admin) installiert habe, die Dateien erfolgreich importiert.
Dannach die bestehende Projektdatei (Export von meinem Laptop) erfolgreich importiert, die betreffenden Geräte kann ich in der ETS öffnen und bearbeiten - passt also....
Wenn ich aber die Date exportieren will dann erhalte dich die Fehlermeldung, dass der Export-Händler der Geräte fehlgeschlagen hat...
In ein Archiv kann ich ebenfalls nicht exportieren. (Speicherort ist C:\Users\Public\Documents\KNX\Archive)

Also was mir schon geholfen hat:

auf dem neuen Rechner einmal das Gerät neu eingefügt und mittels Plugin konfiguriert.

danach erneut versucht die Knx.proj zu importieren.
