KNXD & USB Issue - In english... Sorry

Hi everybody,

Fortunately for me, google is my friend, and, for that particular topic, Google Translate is really my best friend

I took the decision to write here, because I can clearly feel that's where the things are happening...

I'm a KNX user for 6 years now (in production in my home I mean) and was using EIBD for a while, until a crash came on the picture...
I then decided to upgrade to the last version of Raspbian (Stretch) and, of course, EIBD was (finally) no more compatible.

I started to install KNXD which is running now for 3 days, I'm searching for a month now...
The point is that I can "listen" the EIB Bus without any problem, and, as soon as I try to "write" something, KNXD stop to work, because of the USB driver.

The weird thing is that KNXD was working for half a day, the first day, but in command only, now, with systemctl, the USB driver fails. And, I do admit that, even if I launch now KNXD via the CLI, it fails also now ... Something change, but I can realize what exactly (no change on the distro)

You're welcome, english is ok I think,no problem..

And you might be right: here is where most users are and able to help and devs of eibd/knxd are around, though for knxd theres also a ML refered under https://github.com/knxd/knxd which is monitored;

But missing some infos: which USB-Interface do you exactly have? (I don't recommend USB-Interfaces at all for many years, use TP-UART to avoid such hassles)
Anyway, smurfix might see something.

To answer, your question, my USB-Interface is the KNX-USB Manufacturer KNX-USB Interface (Rail mounted) from EIBMarkt (their own brand).
It was running perfectly with EIBD before...

Thanks for the link, I realized as well that a KNXD google group is existing, but the activity compared to this forum is quite null...
