LAN connection to eibpc failed

I've downloaded the new macro library and when I click on "Compile Program, Send it to EibPC and run it", I get an error "LAN connection to EibPC failed. Please, check your LAN connection and your firewall settings."

I have no firewall and my LAN connection hasn't changed. Can you help me to solve this issue?

Could be Win7 ? There is an Update from MS, causing Trouble in some machines. Anyway, a bit more information is needed.

Which OS exactly: 64 Bit, Ultimate, Updates ...
There is a Win7-Update-problem, so the last update killed one of our brandnew machines here. We donot have a proper solution, some machines donot have any problem. If you do have an alternative with an WinXP, I would recommend that in the meantime. Other thing is to downgrade from last update (note: Security issues!) or try to upgrade to a newer version. Perhaps worth a try is compatibility mode execution.

Hi, additionally you should check the entries of the build in windows firewall, if nconf.exe is entered as trusted application. On my machines it doesn't matter if you have disabled or enabled the firewall. On my machines I used other firewall-programs and so disabled the windows firewall. This worked in the beginning, but after a MS update I could solve the issue only (and simply) by entering NCONF.exe as trusted apps.

It is indeed a Win7 problem. I've installed EibStudio on Linux and now I can transfer my program to EibPC without any error.
