Remote access Jung Smart Panel 8

Hello, Dear Friends!
I've got a Jung Smart Panel 8 at one old project. The customer decided to have remote access to his home. As far as I understand, at this moment the customer is connecting to Jung Smart Panel 8 by phone via WI-Fi and Jung Smart Vision app. Maybe there is a possibility to make remote control via static adress and port forwarding to Jung Smart Panel 8?

Hi slipofff, I hope you are doing great.
The official approach that we offer, is the activation of remote access function using remote access licence, unlimited : https://www.jung-group.com/en-DE/KNX...te/SP-REMOTE-L and you also need to have an myJUNG-Account.
For this, you have to update your device using the update file https://downloads.jung.de/public/de/...2401171023.zip or using the online update on you device. The device should have at least the software version : R4.7
