2N Entrycom IP Verso - E-Mail mit Bildern

Hallo,

da ja hier auch einige Besitzer der Entrycom IP Verso im Forum aktiv sind, hätte ich ein Frage.

Ich habe das Feature aktiviert, dass bei allen ausgehenden Anrufen eine E-Mail mit 3 Bildern gesendet werden soll.
Prinziepiell funktioniert das auch, dass beim Klingeln eine E-Mail mit den 3 Snapshots versendet wird, ABER die Bilder die gesendet werden sind von ca. 30 Sekunden VOR dem Klingeln...

Die Angabe des Datums/Uhrzeit in der E-Mail ist korrekt.

Beispiel:
Uhrezeit des Klingelns und Text in der E-Mail: 20:15.10
Name des Anhangs der Bilder: 2N_Entryco...-221412.jpg
Name des Anhangs der Bilder: 2N_Entryco...-221422.jpg
Name des Anhangs der Bilder: 2N_Entryco...-221432.jpg

Ich vermute die Uhrzeitangabe im Namen des Anhangs ist UTC, aber warum sind die Bilder aus der Vergangenheit ?

Ich habe die aktuellste Firmware installiert (2.19.0.28.5)

Ich weiß nicht mehr weiter :-(

Habe es auch über die Automation Funktion probiert, genau das gleiche Problem...

Dazu habe ich von 2N folgende Aussage von 2N:

This is a feature. Generally it is hard to decide what approach should be taken during the taking of the pictures so it is working like this:

There is a image buffer which is storing some pictures before you will press the button, once you will press it you can receive certain amount fo the pictures (1,3 or 5 based on the configuration) however exact amount of the pictures which are send to your email are based on the standard time of the ringing. So lets say that once you will press the button there is 3x ring signal before the subscriber on the opposite side will pick up the handset. In such a situation you will obtain 3 pictures in your email.

The reason of this is because for example it does not make sense to send 3 or 5 pictures if you will press the button and after a second the call is connected or terminated because there would be 3 or 5 exactly the same pictures.

On the other hand if you will keep the ringing of the intercom till the ringing timeout you will see that you have recieved 6 pictures for example because those are taken periodicaly during the call establishing phase to cover the whole period.
