i hope you can help me for using ttsultimate, i don't found a instruction that can help me. I will upload an own mp3 file for a doorbell. what is the right configuration for using without Polly etc.?

And the second question is i got a debug node

Please open a github issue for that. Here i cannot help you so much. I need, then, a screenshot of your flow and an export of that flow, so i can better understand, what you wish to do.
Using the node without TTS engine is possible, but you should know how to use the RAW audio data. You can save it to a file or you can stream it via a bloetooth device. But this is a matter of programming skill.
