I use a BeamerLift and Motorized Screen with an Optoma Beamer. I Control the Beamer with a PJLink signal (send it from the homeserver as an IP command or from the BabTech AppModule with an PJLink baustein).
The Beamerlift and the Motorized screen are all connected to the 12V trigger which is output by the beamer. As soon as the 12V trigger is 0V, the screen will go up and the beamerlift also. In the past I used a knx JalozieAktor in combination with the motorized screen.. too expensive and too much hassle.. The 12V trigger found on most beamers, screens and lifts will do.
Note: The 12V trigger is sometimes found on a 2,5mm jack, a 3,5mm jack or an RJ9 or RJ11 plug. I've seen many variants.
