KNX/EIB please press programming buttons but nothing happens!!!

I'm Sorry, I can't speak German.

I just had a question. I'm inside a project and I'm using Schneider Power supply with ABB IP Interface 3.1.1 and Yonnet Actuator with Schneider and ABB push button, after telling these details, I have explain my problem is in ETS5 and even ETS4. When I click on Download all and press the programming button on my devices, doesn't happen anything!
I tested IP interface and I can ping that and I set the backbone on IP and Line on TP and don't know where is my fault!!

The IP-interface seems not to be integrated in the project. It also has the wrong adress (15.15.255) instead of 1.1.x
