Hi all,
One of my EIBMarkt N000501 presence detectors does not seem to function properly anymore: it always indicates presence even after re-start/re-download/parameter change of the device and attempts to move it to an unattended room, etc.
The problem started after writing an ON telegram to the switching output parameter "Output - light" via ETS. It looks like the device has either been damaged or keeps this ON state persistently. Writing an OFF to this output parameter changes turns it to a final OFF state but again movement detection does not resume.
Note that this presence detector has 4 PIR sensors that can be enabled individually. When selecting 123- (so disabling the 4th one) the device works again. Enabling the 4th PIR sensor results in above behavior so there must be a relation with a persistent state of this sensor.
All other parameters have been checked and are similar to another working device. I also didn't change them when movement detection does work with 123- only.
Any idea on how I can get this problem cleared?
Thanks for your suggestions.
Best regards, Sammy
