Gira Homeserver without login/password

Hello,

I can buy a Gira Homeserver but the current owner does not know the username/password anymore. Is it possible to "overwrite" the project on the homeserver with my own project without knowing the username/password of the project on the homeserver?

I found the answer myself..

I have to do a project transfer via the serial port.
