HS/FS Freie Visu -Werteingabe

Jetzt habe ich mich doch noch dazu entschlossen die freie Visu im HS zu benutzen. Es klappt auch sehr gut bis auf die Werteingabe. Diese klappt mal gar nicht.

Im PDF seht ihr das Ergebnis bei der Werteingabe. Da geht nichts mehr.
Die Auf/AB/Stop-Befehle funktionieren alle perfekt.

Was mach ich da falsch?

Do you have the value input template image file in your upload folder? The name of that template is 'Universalzeitschaltuhr_bg.png'. It should be included in 'C:\Program Files\Gira\HS+FS\HS+FS Experte 4.5\hsupload\hspv-gira\img\' (the 'hspv-gira' may be different in your case). It is the 'img' directory in the folder where you have your 'start.htm' file. It is a pop-up, so if you have a pop-up blocker you may need to disable it. In your 'start.htm' file there is a sentence (which may or may not have anything to do with the error you see) that should read ' useInvisiblePopup(1);'

Habe gerade bei einem Kollegen auf einem anderen Homeserver es bei ihm getestet. Gleiche problem. Sehr merkwürdig.

Du hast die Masken überarbeitet richtig ?

Vielleicht verstehe ich etwas einfach nicht. Was meinst Du mit den Masken?

Vielleicht zur Ergänzung: ich habe dies mit der freien Visu des HS gemacht. Ist ja eigentlich sehr verständlich, nur die Werteingabe spinnt.... oder ich....

'Freie Visu' is the PocketVisu (hspv)? When I open the value input template ('Masken') on my PC it looks like the screenshot in the attachment - which is different from what you show in your PDF. So it appears that you made some change to that template. The template is in the 'tpl' directory of the 'hspv-gira' sub-directory of the 'hsupload' folder.

Ich habe ganz sicher keine Änderungen vorgenommen. Ich mache eine ganz normale Visu in "Projekteinstellungen" Oberfläche-Design. In 1920x1080.
Nur wenn ich keine Werteingaben machen kann dann ist die freie Visu ziemlich sinnlos.

Wird mir nichts anderes übrig bleiben als neu anzufangen. Ob es das aber wert ist, da viel Arbeit drinsteckt.

In meinem Template Masken sieht es so aus wie im PDF angehängt.

Ok also ist es so dass du keine eigenen Masken erstellt hast, sondern nur das Problem mit der Werteingabe hast, dass keine Werte rausgeschickt bzw. falsch geschickt werden richtig ?
Ich dachte du hast die Masken selbst überarbeitet, da hab ich was falsch verstanden....

nicht ganz. Ich kann gar nichts eingeben. Es erscheint bei einem normalen Klick dann nur im Browser das Fenster wie in meinem ersten PDF angehängt. Ich weiss als ITler dass man immer sagt man hat nichts verändert. Aber hab ich wirklich nicht. Die Werteingabe rscheint einfach nicht. Popup-Blocker sind vollkommen ausgeschaltet.

Klar, der Fehler liegt sicher bei mir....Nur wo?

Don't get discouraged... The 'Freie Visu' works like a charm, including the value entry. It may only be a configuration error. I noticed that you have 'Werteingabe' selected in the 'Titel' tab. I never selected something there - it may or may not have anything to do with it. Set up a new field to test this, and keep that 'Symbol' entry on that tab at the default. In my case it states 'Mask'. I hope it is as simple as that...

ich habe es wieder wie in deinem Screenshot zurückgestellt. Es bleibt im Ergebnis gleich wie im ersten PDF. Habe echt keine Idee was ich falsch mache.....

Nach einem Neustart des HS geht der Rolladen auf 0%. Jetzt wirds grauselig... Das habe ich gefuinden.. Man probiert jetzt alles...

Well, at least now you are calling up the right template - the screenshot in your first PDF showed a different template.
Unfortunately I do not know a thing about how the HS works in the background to call up these components. From your screenshot it looks like you are calling up the 'page' instead of activating a pop-up. When you open up that template file in your browser, you would get the same thing. The HS should populate the fields of that template with the icons and the button actions as defined in that template file. For that to work, these files must be in the proper (sub-)directories of the 'hsupload' folder. But then, you mentioned above you have checked all that and all is in order.
You may want to try an upgrade to 4.5. If there is anything wrong with the file structure, that would be fixed with an upgrade. You will have to manually populate the 'hsupload' folder again with the start file (and first do an export or back-up so that you can import in the new version). I used the value entry in the PocketVisu version for ages, so it is not something that did not work in 4.4 (which is I think the version you use).
