Jung ipr 200reg problem witch startrting

Hello everyone !.
I have a problem witch ip router (jung ipr200reg). When I connecting power (24 AC) to ip router all led in ip router blink and device not working (LCD not working). My home router not see that device. I changed a polarisation and reaction is the same. Please help me.

I tried connect to 24VDC. Still Led's blinking and device is no answer.

I think it is a fault a power supply. I have a Jung power supply 24VAC. Its a orginal and dedicated power supply to ip router. When I measured a outgoing voltage on him was 29,6 V AC. Maybe it destroyed my ip-router.
