[OT] Prignitz is dead ?

Hi,

I've installed a Prignitz PT-LM in my water pit, 2 years ago.
The sensor has worked perfectly well until 3 months ago. I began to notice big variations in the level reading, without external influence.

I've tried to get support from Prignitz, with very few responses and no contact anymore since 2 months.

Anyone has better news ?

PS: I was about to buy another PT-LM for my fuel tank, but ... û ....

My PT-LM is also 0,5m beyond the track, but honestly I was too lazy to send it in (what was offered by Prignitz immidiately!)
I've made an offset in the Logic as it's pretty constant "off the road" and now as it's getting cold, I don't need the rainwater-tank level anyway until spring..
If something pushes me close enough to the tank, I guess I should reolve it this winter

Same to me. My Prignitz sensor was dead two times now. However, very supportive approach from Prignitz - it was still in the warranty period. I sent it in and I got it repared without cost - even it took more than 5 weeks ;-)

I do understand that something can go wrong in an industrial process.
It's not a problem, rather an annoiance.
I do NOT understand that a supplier still doesn't reply after many requests.

... give them a call....so they have the opportunity to express their excuses directly and personal....... ;-)
.... and as a international company - they should be able to do this in english.....

fully agree. Thats easier and as mentioned, I also experienced the will for good support, I just havent reached for it (my fault.. now, currently I don't care, this has time until at least April 2011)
