Gira ts2+ 5 fach, no central crossbar

Hello,
today 8 ts2+ 5 gang are arrived at my home.
Unfortunately, only one of them has the central crossbar, the others haven't.
All packages were sealed. Where can i find white central crossbars for my other 7 tasesensoren?

You should call your local dealer. As far as I know the crossbar is included, depending on your design colour - see the last two digits of the part number.

Ok, thanks, already asked to eibmarkt, but this is very strange.... only one device is complete with crossbar.

For your information, my dealer says that the central crossbar for gira touchsensor 2+ is not included in the package.
It says that the crossbar is included in the "frames 2 gang without central bar" (for example Gira 100212).
