ETS 5 (5.6.4)Problem with adding group address.

Hello. In my project, I can not create group addresses any more. An error pops up about this content: "
An internal error occurred. An element with the same key has been added. "
What can be the reason for this?

You must change the language into English in the ETS.
ETS language and Preferred Product language.

I will not use the 5.6.5 update because I did it a week ago and the PowerTool plugin has stopped working. And here you have the answer from KNX. ORG regarding this problem .....
