Mains Dimmable LED's

hi guys,

one of my client is looking to install some LED's and control it by KNX. he doesnt want to invest on drivers(i.e.1-10v Drivers) he was looking for mains dimmable ones which then i can just connect to a siemens dimmers(for eg:5wg1 527 1AB31).

I Live in the uk and when i had a looked in the net was not quite sure of the models out there and how compatible it is with respect to the KNX.

Any chance you guys can point me towards some mains dimmable LED's please.

Your milage will vary, with a sufficient load on the dimmer it *should* work with most 230V LED-drivers. The problem is to get this minimum load together, flickering, absolutely non-linear dimming-curve, ...

If it's more than 3, the way to go is IMHO a DALI-GW and drivers from i.e. Tridonic, this does work and hasn't the implications of the really old 0-10V stuff. And if it's really more or really power and/or RGB(W) DMX might be worth a look.
