ETS ETS group monitor disabled

I'm unable to start the Group Monitor
The functions Read & Write are grey-ed out
I've seen references about disabling a function to allow Group Monitor to work, but without details

Any hint, please ?

Good idea, indeed.
The thing is that I've little/no experience with ETS5 and that many options are not very intuitive

There is a good help file in the ETS, just click the small ? On the right top.
