Inkompatible BCU Version FFFF (benötigt 07B0) bei MDT SCN-IP100.03

Hallo,

der MDT SCN-IP100.03 verhält sich bei mir reproduzierbar wie folgt:

Wenn
bei Router Applikation Sichere Inbetriebnahme aktiviert ist
und
Email Applikation Sichere Inbetriebnahme deaktiviert ist
dann keine Funktion der Email Applikation. Zusätzlich bricht die ETS beim Versuch, die Email Applikation zu übertragen, mit dem Fehler Inkompatible BCU Version FFFF (benötigt 07B0) ab.

Das heißt, wenn irgendwer das selbe Problem hat, dann muss bei der Email Applikation auch Sichere Inbetriebnahme ist aktiviert sein. So funktioniert es bei mir problemlos.

Just for your information, mask version FFFFh is the answer of a secured device to tell ETS "I'm there, but you are not authorized to know who I am."
This allows that ETS knows that there is a device, for instance to prevent that ETS thinks that the IA is free, and it prevents that more, confidential information (like the mask version) is read from the device.

I do not know the further details that have lead to this answer, but, FFFFh is in any case a legal answer.

That is a quite usefull information and fits to my theory that i have secured the email BCU of the IP Router too when I enabled secure commissioning for Router BCU.
