Siemens N 141/21 DALI Gerät nicht kompatibel mit Applikationsprogramm

Hast du das Dali Gateway mal komplett Spannungsfrei gehabt nach dem Update? Vielleicht gibt es einen Bug in der Updateroutine und er überschreibt die ApplikationsID nicht korrekt. Kann das Firmware Update Tool die Version auch anzeigen? Zeigt dieses die korrekte Version an?

Programmiere den erst auf dem Testbrett, bevor das Gerät in die Anlage kommt.

Habe dort keinen LK am Brett, also kann das ausgeschlossen werden.

Hast du noch LKs in deiner Anlage? Die müllen manchmal beim Programmieren auch den Bus zu, bis der eigene Stack überläuft. Dann solltest du wiederholen bei Fehlern deaktivieren.

Das ist ja das Problem FW wird mir Version 11 angezeigt und Applikation 983402.

Habe jetzt die ETS Applikation v02, v05, v06 und v11 ausprobiert und alle vergeben eine Adresse, jedoch beim Übertragen der Applikation kommt überall die gleiche Fehlermeldung, dass das Gerät nicht mit der Applikation kompatibel ist.

Werde wohl die Tage versuchen den Siemens Support zu kontaktieren, ob es ggf. dafür eine Lösung gibt, außer jemandem von Euch fällt noch etwas ein.

Ich würde es jetzt mal so versuchen, das du die zum jetzigen Firmware stand passende Applikation lädst. Danach versuchst du nochmals das Update.

Wenn es nicht geht würde ich mich an den Siemens Support wenden. Beim letzten Problem hatte ich innerhalb von 5 Stunden eine Lösung.

du musst die zur firmware version passende ets-produktdatenbank haben. da muss man bei siemens manchmal etwas graben, bis man das passende findet.

d. h., damit ich das FW Update durchführen kann muss ich erst aus dem Archiv von Siemens die ETS Applikation für die Version 02 herunterladen und damit programmieren und danach erst auf die Applikation 11 laden?

Nachdem ich nun mehrfach das FW Update Tool ausgeführt habe, habe ich gemerkt, dass das Update anscheinend nicht sauber durchgeführt worden ist.

Es bricht mitten im Update Vorgang ab und, das ein Fehler aufgetreten ist, verschwindet zügig, sodass man dauerhaft beim Update Vorgang dabei sein muss.

Kann es sein, dass es an dem Enertex IP Router liegt? Secure Mode wurde von mir deaktiviert.

Auch habe ich in dem FW Update Tool den Kompatibitätsmodus versucht, d. h. kurze Telegramme....

Jedoch bleibt es bei immer ca. 30 % hängen. Es lädt erst die Dateien herunter und versucht sich dann zu verbinden. Beim Verbindungsversuch bricht der Update Vorgang aufgrund zu vieler fehlerhafter Verbindungsversuche ab.

In den Log Dateien vom Update Tool habe ich nur folgende Fehlermeldungen gefunden, was mich jedoch nicht wirklich weiter bringt:

Hast du wirklich die Richtige Applikation im Katalog ausgewählt V.1.1?
Habe vor einiger Zeit auch ein paar von V06 nach V11 gehoben danach im Projekt die V06 gegen die V11 ersetzt Applikation geladen und fertig.

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mir das DALI Gerät Siemens N 141/21 geholt. Dieses hatte die Version 05 aufgespielt.

Hatte es versucht in die ETS zu bringen, jedoch immer mit der Fehlermeldung, dass das Gerät nicht kompatibel mit dem Applikationsprogramm ist.

Danach habe ich das DALI Gerät mit dem Firmware Update Tool von Siemens aktualisiert und lt. Update Tool ist die Firmware 11 drauf.

Lt. ETS Info des Gerätes ist jedoch Applikation 983402 und nicht 983411 aufgespielt.
Die ETS bringt immernoch die gleiche Fehlermeldung, dass das Gerät mit dem Applikationsprogramm nicht kompatibel ist.

Kennt jemand ggf. dieses Problem und weis, wie man es lösen kann?
