DP/EIB gateway

[Abstudio]

There Is an installation with 2 DP/EIB gateway ( Siemens 6GK14150AA01). The project was configurated ( not by me) with ETS2 ( .pr2) and step7.
I have both projects.

One gateway has all led lit red ( Power green) and of course dosen't work.
I know that with that gateway we have to proceed with a lot of care ( of course Is a phase out product); so how you suggest me to proceed?

I downloaded ETS2, which o.s. Need It to run?
I have an ets5 too.

For the analysis I would suggest you use the ETS5 first
