Hallo,

Ich bin Franzose, also entschuldigen Sie bitte mein Deutsch, das ich online übersetzen muss.

Ich habe gerade meinen domovea TJA470 konfiguriert, aber durch die Umstellung des admin compre auf meine persönliche E-Mail/Passwort, scheint es einen Fehler zu geben und hager gab mir wieder das Login: admin und Passwort: 1234.
Das Problem ist, dass dieses Konto jetzt deaktiviert ist und ich keine Möglichkeit habe, eine Verbindung herzustellen.
Hat jemand die Lösung gefunden? Wenn nicht, wie kann ich einen Hard-Reset direkt auf dem Gerät durchführen?

Hello

Change the switch online/offline at the device to Offline

then you can connect with

admin
1234

if this not work, change the switch behind the blue cover to Pc (the other Online) and restart the server
after a restart you can connect to the server with 192.168.0.253 and make a reset in the settings

Thanks, I got help from Hager support. They said I should try to use uppercase on the first letter in my email (username). That solved it so that I could log on.
