    Dimmaktoren: 1-10V controller

    Hi,

I'm looking for a module generating 1-10V to control Dimmaktoren (Tridonic C001 or alike).

So far, I've only found the ED 0103 Schaltdimmermodul 1-fach from Walther Werke, but it needs an external supply of "19 V DC vom Zentralmodul"

    Any other suggestion ?

Normaly the EVG ("Vorschaltgeräte") generates the power supply for dimming with 1-10V-Interface. In the Dimmactuator is a built-in variable resistor which make the "dimming".

So you can use every 1-10V-Actuator.

Better, in my opinion, is of course DALI.

      I'm still puzzled
If I look at the schematic of the Walther ED 0103 I see connections A, B, V+, V-, L, N and EVG 1-10V. So I guess there are connections for the Bus, for the external power supply, Line, Neutral and the actual control voltage

On the other hand, If a take a Dimmaktor, i.e. Hager TK030, I see 3 inputs 1-10V, but no voltage supply. I guess I missed something here.
Thank you for putting me right.

This module is just a extension module for the Eiboxx central module. A, B, V+ and V- must be connected to the central module.

ABB AA/S 4.1, but it's expensive if you just need 1 output...
          Berker 7531 30 05, same remark

I've seen the Felten&Guilleaume CAAE-01/01 166,50 EUR but I'm unable to get the doc of the device.
Usually, Eibmarkt points to the doc.
This Moeller site is a .... maze ...

This is a wireless RF device, is it what you're looking for?

How could I know, without finding the doc ?
The brief description says "1-10V", I was hoping for a TP device.

Just type CAAE-01/01 in google, the first PDF result clearly show it's an RF device.

It's not exactly what I expected (I was looking for the DIN version) but it's fine.
I understand from the doc, that this device can work "as is", no need for additional feature to be plugged-in.

                        Raymond,

I'm not familiar with the all technical details, but what about a (used) GIRA 0553 00 (ebay: http://cgi.ebay.de/EIB-Steuereinheit...QQcmdZViewItem ,
47,90 EURO buy now, but to be sold only to Germany). Documentation still listed at Gira. Never used this type myself, so just an idea.

                        Regards,
                        Hartmut

                          Hi Hartmut,

                          Thank you for the pointer.
Any idea about how to get the doc from the Gira site ? seems to be a maze, this site.
I used not to try it anymore, but in this instance it's not listed at Eibmarkt neither.

The Gira-Site is very easy to navigate.

you can find the Doc here:
