DALI looking for a helping hand in Mallorca to find a DALI problem

Hello a friend refurnished an apartement in Cala Majo (next to Palma). He has a brandnew Gira server and a Gira DALI Gateaway 106000. All DALI lights in the apartement are working fine (LED's or Halogen with Tridonic). On the terrasse I have two large LED stripes connected on 3 HEP LED driver LPC 6012V3C. The electrician - who is not very familar with knx / DALI - said that everything is connected right. The programmer said he can not see these three devices in the system. So I need someone in Mallorca who is familar with DALI and can check this. Thank you Best Christoph

or you tell us more about your projekt.
Do you have your own ETS-Software specially the projekt-data?
Which Gateway (Dali-KNX) and so on.
I don't know anything about DALI but others here do.
So maybe wait a little more

Es wurden fälschlicherweise 1..10V Dimmer verwendet statt DALI EVGs.
