Hydra KNX Engine

Hallo zusammen,

wer möchte, kann gerne die aktuelle Version testen.

Hydra ist die Communication Engine von ConfluentiaBus (einer neuen Visu, die aber aktuell noch closed beta ist). Standalone kann Hydra als Router zwischen Client und KNX-IP-Interface eingesetzt werden, um mehrere Verbindungen gleichzeitig zu nutzen.

Funktion ähnelt eibnetmux, jedoch:
- ist als Java Programm auf fast allen Plattformen lauffähig
- schickt Group Responses nur an den Client, der auch ein Group Read geschickt hat
- vorgefertigte Versionen für Windows und Linux
- läuft sogar auf der Fritz!-Box

Hi Martin,

looks very promising. I'll download and have a go at installing Hydra on my ARM-based Artilla Matrix.

small tip: it might be usefull for you to add a registration form to your download page so you can keep track of possible future customers.

I'll keep you posted on my progress.

thanx for your feedback.
If you have JamVM already running on your Artila Matrix it should work without problems.
Which IP-inteface are you using ? I've tested it with the Siemens N148/21.

Hi Martin,

works like a charm! I tested it against a Siemens N146 and Siemens N148 and both worked fine. I also tested the multi-client functionality by running both ETS 4 group monitor, Jung facility pilot and an OpenHab implementation at the same time and this worked without problems.
