HS/FS - √ - Camera refresh

In QuadConfig I am using the Camera plugin.
I've setup 3 cameras which are not really cameras but jpg files on my server.
The refresh rate is 10000ms.
When I change a picture the change is correctly reflected on the QuadClient but on the iPhone and iPad the picture does not change.
What could be the reason for this behaviour?

I had to remove the app from the iPhone to get the new picture on the iPhone.
