Is my IP Router broken?

Hope it's ok to write in English.
My problem is that I cannot control light from Gira HomeServer. I have done some troubleshooting, and what im left with is a feeling that my IP Router (MDT SCN-IP100.02) is the problem.
This is my troubleshooting:
I can see multicast messages from HomeServer being broadcast to the LAN network. I have used Wireshark to monitor the traffic and this is what I see:

My understanding is that my HomeServer is able to send correct telegram on the correct multicast address.

In ETS during diagnosis tool, I do not see any telegram coming from the IP-net with service “To bus”:

This is my configuration in HomeServer:

1.1.0 is the bus address of my IP Router. 0/0/1 is the Group Address of the light that I want to control. I am able to control the light (switch on/off) from the ETS diagnostics tool.
I have not found any method or tool for diagnostics on the IP router to check if its receiving telegram on multicast address.
Is my IP Router broken?

In my opinion, the IP Router an the Gira HS can't use the same physical Adress.
For example 0.0.1 is the HS
1.1.0 is your IP Router and after that other parts.

I figured it out. Thanks McKenna for pointing me to ip tables filter area. I change the parameters on the ip router to this. Not sure if i need all on "transmit all" but then it worked.

you have to create a dummy an put in into the main (ip) with PA0.0.1. - there connect the Group address with yours and then pA into IP router....this is correct but not this way....its only for testing

Are you able to elaborate further, so i dont misunderstand this? Not sure what PA stands for.
(If its easier, write in German. I can use google translate )

PA = "physikalische Adresse" in German = "individual address" in English
