KNX/EIB Steuereinheit 1–10 V

I have a Gira 101700 Steuereinheit.
When I send a brightness value of 100% I measure just 3,279V
I was expecting 10V!
If I connect a 10K resistor to the output the voltage drops to 0,1236V
My KNX bus power supply is a 640mA unit and the total current draw is about 330mA.
Is that normal behaviour?

Dont do Anything like that please!!!

The Analogue Output 1-10v is a passive device. You should connect it to the Dynamic ballast of a Illumination Tube.

You will Never get 10v if you dont do it like that. And this device is just made for this Case.

So there's no easy way to get a 0-10V output from this device?
I wanted to use it to control the heating system which has a 0-10V interface.

Ok, so the Gira 101700 Steuereinheit can be connected to the "Brumberg passiv-aktiv Wandler 1-10 V" and that unit will then provide the 1-10V?

"can be"! But it is better to use an analogue output that brings you the correct 0-10V signal active. There are alot on the market from different companies.

The Brumberg unit is only €29 (single channel) while an analogue 0-10V unit will cost me way more I guess.
On the other hand I could still use the 101700 as 3-channel switch actuator
Have been looking for quite a while now for a single-channel analogue 0-10V output device but cannot find it.
It seems to be it's either 4-channel or it is a non-analogue one like the 101700.
Gira seems to have none.

Found 1 from Gira, the 102200 but at €290 excluding the required 24V power supply rather expensive...

Thanks all but it looks like I found an even better solution.
The Theben KNX-OT-Box.
It is an interface between KNX and OpenTherm which is a language my heater understands.
The price is about the same as an active 1-10V unit and it could give me much more information about the heater system.
