Siemens N567/22 programming LED does not turn on

Hello,

After some programming attempts the programming LED of my Siemens N567/22 actor does not turn on (and ETS4 does not recognise it).

Manual operation still functions. Should I return it as a faulty product or I'm doing something wrong (I do not want to look like a fool)?

Answers in German are ok, I'm just not good at writing in it.

It turned out that after replacing the device with the second one (I had two of them) the problem persisted.

After thoughtful inspection I found out that the + and - clamps were switched (I remember that I had problems with releasing the wire from clamps and I took them out).

After that everything works as expected.
