KNX/EIB - √ - ets4 license problem

I have a problem ang. Ets4 license. In the window where you install the license file, I get only the "ets4 demo license." I have had the pro version for a while, but today when I was going to program a project, was the license gone. So now I can't make bigger projects than with 3 objects.
But the license file is still in the license folder, have tried to install the license and install ets again.
Any suggestions?

You should contact KNX Association and/or open a support case.

... not sure this is obvious anyway, but at least on my ETS4 I need a Dongle to be plugged into the USB Port of the system with the ETS!

The license file alone will not do the job ( depending on which version of ETS you purchased , as there is also a single computer version available as far as I know )

By the way the ETS 3 Dongle works on ETS 4 as well !

I asked the support of knx.org, it appeared that the host-id on this pc had changed. So I had to add the new host-id, and download the new license.

I Quattro. And where did you get your new host-id? I have the same Problem here and just want to check, whether my host-id changed as well... Thank you.
