Problem with 2-fold push button JUNG 5092 TSM

I have the following problem. I have 4 JUNG 5092 TSM installed in my house. All is working fine, but after 5 months of usage I decided to reconfigure the button functionality (download application). With one of the devices all is fine, but 3 of them are not accessible anymore. I am attaching a line scan from ETS 6.
I tried "Download Individual Address" or "Download Application", but nothing works. Also replaced one of the device physically at the place where the working one is located, but the same the problem.

Any ideas? Or after 5 months of usage these Jung devices cannot be programmed anymore and have to replace them?

Since you are in Line 1.2 I would expect some missconfiguration in the line coupler.

I have only one Siemens 5WG1146-1AB03 IP Router and no additional line couplers. I have never accessed the IP router. All I configured is through ETS.

Also in programming mode the devices cannot be find and I cannot change their address in the topology.

Could you please post a view of the topology. I think you have some problems there.

Right now you only have the second floor in the house. A KNX line does not corespond with a green cable, a line is a seperated segment behind a line coupler.
you should be measuring the voltage at the device‘s place, I expect a broken cable somehwere in that area. If you did not have a lighting strike someplace close by it is rather unvommon that three devices fail at the same time.

I measured everything is at 30V, no electricity issues in the last months or light strikes.
If I remove JUNG 5092 TSM and physically place another device (e.g. Merten MEG6215-5910) at its place it works. It seems only the programming function of JUNG 5092 TSM is somehow broken or an ETS issue.

In this the devices seem to be u/s, I don‘t have any more ideas, except trying a mini system with power supply, interface and you broken device.

Couldt it be that the devices have there factory physical adress? Programming modus can be started and lights blinking? Otherwise see the last post of Florian.

No, because I have already programmed them. And they currently work in one direction - they successfully send diagrams to the actuators.

Yes, programming mode is started successfully on the devices but not recognized by ETS.
