KNX/EIB ABB KNX/DALI gateway not responding to telegrams

Hi everyone,
I have an ABB DG/S 1.64.5.1 that has been working fine until today. When I tried to connect to it using the ABB i-bus Tool, I noticed that the connection was extremely slow. After a while, the screen turned black and the device stopped responding.

At that point, it was no longer responding either to ETS or to KNX telegrams, so it was not possible to switch on the already programmed DALI devices. The only way to make it receive telegrams again was to disconnect and restore the power supply.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows what could be causing this behavior?

Update: If the device is disconnected from the power supply for a few minutes and then plugged in again, it works for about 1–2 minutes with the I-Bus Tool connection at normal speed, then it starts slowing down. I’ve noticed that the tool reports an “out of memory space” error, and I also get many read errors in the logs.


Note that I have disconnected the DALI bus, so no devices are connected to the gateway.
