Gira HS Expert Upgrade 4.12- > 4.13 causes error

I'm trying to upgrade to from HS Expert 4.12 to 4.13 by exporting an archive from 4.12 (where is works fine) and importing into 4.13 where it seems OK until you try to transfer. The Main UI reports:
"The configuration for QuadClient contains errors. More information on this topic is provided in QC Config"

When I open QC Config and run check project no errors are reported. However, if I try to save the QC Config I get an error "Write: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" and double clicking the error does not link me to an element in the config.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for the reply but that hasn't helped. I am not using one OneDrive, all of my files are stored either locally or on a network share. To be sure I tried copying all files locally but I get the same error.

If I import the project project using Expert 4.12 I am able to save and transfer fine. It's only when I import the project into Expert 4.13 that it's broken.
