KNX/EIB ETS4 licencing

Hello!

I am trying to install my supplementary dongle licence on a new computer.

1. 1st try was with win7/64 bit system. PC installs usb drivers for the key, looks okey in windows, but when I am starting ETS4/4.0.7 in Licencing menu I can't see my dongle
2. 2nd try was with win7/32 bit system. PC installs usb drivers for the key. ETS4 sees the dongle but when I pushing double click in the licence file nothing happend! (dongle is well used in the past, in a laptop which is currently not available)

Apart from trying another PC with win XP ( - ), any ideas please?
I really need the power from the new PC's

For licensing problems, you should really contact KNX Association through your online shop account and create a support case.
