KNX/EIB from IP interface to Router

Hi all,

I just added router to replace an IP interface because I need to have more than one connection at any time..

However I am having trouble in ETS4 because if I try to add it ETS says:

"Add device 'IP-Router N 146' to '1 sove' failed.
The usage of IP routers requires a IP backbone line."

If I add a second line of IP instead of TP ETS says:

"Add device 'IP-Router N 146' to '0 test' failed.
Medium types differ."

Basically I don't need to use it as a line coupler just for communication, any hints of what I can do???

You could have used one of these newer KNX IP interfaces supporting multiple tunneling connections instead of an IP router...

Can't you just set the medium type of the backbone (0.0) to IP?

That did it, just needed to change line 0.0 to IP
