KNX/EIB Gira 018100 taster-busankoppler blockiert

Ich spreche kein deutsch, kann ich in Englisch weitergehen?

I have a Gira 018100 busankoppler which blocks from time to time. It suddenly stops sending telegrams, without any error or log message. This can happen after some minutes/hours/days or weeks without any reason or specific action.
The only way to get it working again is to do a "download all" or "download application".

On the Dutch EIB forum they advised me to post this problem here as well. A print screen of the device info can be found in that forum at the moment it is blocked. As you can see, the status in "running".

I have contacted both Gira Belgium and Germany, but they refuse to help me since I bought it from Voltus.
Voltus wants to send it to Gira for a small fee (20€), transportation costs from Belgium to them are for me as well (8,60€). So it's almost as expensive than buying a new one.

Now, I only want to know if I made a programming or configuration error or if the instrument is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced.
Can someone advise me how to test/debug it?

Maybe I can help.

First question: Did you connect EVERY KO (communication object) with a GA (group adress)?

If not, please do so and try again.

I have a good connections to GIRA, we will find a way, if my hint does not work!

I have remove all communication flags on not used group objects.
But this morning it was blocked again.
I have added the device info.

Any more idea's? Thx
