Hi,

Maybe I made myself not very clear, so I've made a small drawing of the network.

I would appreciate an answer to the question:
- is it possible to integrate a Mobotix T24 camera with "direktzugriff" in this case ?

if yes, which accounts have to be created ?
I still fail to understand who is accessing the camera. No one is logged in at the Visu, I've created the same account on the T24 as on the Visu. No go.

Maybe this scenario is only possible with the HS Client program ?
Forgot to mention, it is an Ajax Visu with xxAPI, although I guess it is irrelevant.

Any comment is welcome.

I've synchronised all involved accounts:
On the HS user admin: user password
On the HS Kamera admin: same user password
On the Visu PC: the browser is started with the same user password, Gira1024, R1 (defined on the HS)
On the Mobotix T24: same user password

Any attempt to access the T24 from the Visu results in a pop-up asking for user & password.

Maybe I miss a setting ?
I still don't know if this config is supposed to work.

Hi,

I finally managed to make it work for my own account, more by luck than by knowledge as I still fail to understand how this stuff works.

But the problem comes back again: I want to give access to visitors.
Visitors, i.e. "guest" can navigate through the Visu, no problem.
Guest can see the icon of the camera, and click on it, there is reaction, the Ajax pop-up shows up, but no image, although there is a guest account defined in the camera.

How can I troubleshoot this issue ?
One "solution" would be to create one icon for each type of visiors, but I guess that's not the right way, or is it ?

I do have a similar issue with a HS3 and a Mobotix camera.
Tried https://username:password@192.168.1....pg?imgprof=VGA but that doesn't work.
What was your solution?

Try http instead of https, let me know if it doesn't work, I'll check my config tonight

That's it, it works now using http.
Had to disable SSL to make it work.

Hallo zusammen, jetzt hole ich das Thema nochmal hoch. Ich habe mir eine Kamera von der Fa. Turm SH-DIP3W erworben. Der Verkäufer ist von einer Sicherheitsfirma und hat mir diese Kamera empfohlen weil die anscheinend so super sei. Für mich war wichtig das die Kamera Webbrowserfähig ist. Wenn ich die Ip Adresse und den Port bei Google Chrom eingebe muss ich ein Plugin installieren und dann kann ich die ganzen Einstellungen machen. Port Wifi DNS etc.

Nun scheitere ich bei der Anbindung zum Quadclient bzw. Homeserver. Ich hatte mal so billige aus China und die konnte ich einbinden aber bei dieser scheitere ich weil ich die Url nicht weiß. Der Verkäufer meinte ich soll die Kamera mit der App nutzen und das möchte ich auf keinen Fall.

Kann mir da jemand helfen wo ich den Fehler habe. Ich habe mal mit den vorhandenen probiert aber da bekomme ich auch kein Bild.

Also für mich sieht der Pfad komisch aus. Bist sicher das es so korrekt ist? Kommt da ein Standbild wenn du den String genau so im Browser eingibts?

Hallo Thomas, das mit dem Pfad habe ich nur übernommen von meiner anderen Kamera. Mein Problem ist wenn ich es über den Browser eingebe dann kommt eine Anmeldemaske die nur über Google Chrom mit einem Plug in Viewer erreichbar ist. Mit dem Handy ob IPhone oder Samsung kann ich es nicht öffnen weil er immer das Plugin runterladen möchte.

Lass dir doch mal die komplette Anleitung der Kamera geben. Oder frag beim Hersteller nach dem korrekten Link...

Deine Kamera soll ONVIF können, dann schau mal ob du mit dem ONVIF Device Manager an weitere Infos kommst.
Die URLs findet man leider in kaum einer Anleitung. Das Datenblatt is auch nicht vielsagend.

Das ist ein "einheitliches" Protokoll. Mit der Software könntest du evtl. die nötigen URLs auslesen die du brauchst um es im Quad einzutragen
