gira DCS-IP + DCS-TK

Hello,
I would be pleased if you could help me with DCS IP/TK integration.
I can add/configure unifons/videoterminals but do not know how to register DCS-TK in Gira Door Communication Assistant...
may I ask for step-by-step instruction?
I would be also pleased if you could tell me if I need to create separate users for DCS Communicator on different PC's or may I use one login/pass for several PC's?
